TV director Hutton moves into high rise apartment complex, is targeted by psychopath who spies on her day and night. Okay thriller with references to Hitchcock (particularly REAR WINDOW) and a competent performance by Hutton. Though sometimes you will wonder why her apartment is so brightly lit and the curtains are not drawn. Interestingly, this premiered about a month after Carpenter's horror classic HALLOWEEN.
