A typical murder mystery in the giallo-tradition about blind man Malden, who teams up with reporter Franciscus to solve a murder committed at a genetics research clinic. Less stylish, less outré than Argento's later work. Ennio Morricone's haunting score is best thing about it. Written by the director.
