Intriguing puzzler with historical references to Leonardo Da Vinci, Sir Isaac Newton and even the Holy Grail is uneven as a movie, but well-directed and well-scored (by Hans Zimmer). Those who know the book may be more critical, but film holds up well beyond two hours. Originally premiered at 149m.
