Based on the books by Margret and H.A. Rey, this sweet-natured cartoon is good for small kids. Museum guide Ferell, hoping to avert the closure of his place of work, agrees to go on an expedition to Africa to bring back a great attraction for the museum. He comes back with a miniature and a monkey, who causes all kinds of chaos. Totally inoffensive, and also not very inspired, but colorfully animated.
