Well-animated and directed fantasy about the daughter of a knight, who aims for greatness and tries to prove her vigilance when Excalibur is stolen from King Arthur's court. The animation is beautiful, but basically all the characters seem familiar (see Disney's THE BLACK CAULDRON), and the songs distract. Based on the novel The King's Damosel by Vera Chapman.
