Violent horror thriller about speech therapist Everly, whose twin sister, hideous in appearance and quite demented, has escaped from the hospital to terrorize her. Pretty illogical, but at least it creates some slight suspense. Makes reference to vintage horror movies like Brian De Palma's SISTERS (1973), Tobe Hooper's TEXAS CHAIN SAW MASSACRE (1974) and Dario Argento's SUSPIRIA (1977).
