Two children with psychic powers must witness the killing of their single-parent father by the hands of a motorcycle gang. When they resurrect him, he goes on a rampage as a zombie. Starts interestng but turns out to be slow-moving and very unconvincing, especially the scenes involving the children (director Regan's own offspring). Burns, of T.C.M. fame, remains unscathed.
