Troubled cop Tierney is asked for help in kidnapping case, where a rich man's wife was buried alive in a coffin, with oxygen for 24 hours. The kidnapper himself (Brody) is caught early on, but will he reveal the victim's whereabouts? Thriller has its moments, but is too derivative (of THE SILENCE OF THE LAMBS, for example). Tierny and Brody cannot be faulted. Director Shepard also scripted.
